PTJ Fedex Express Portugal, Unip., Lda is seeking a Clearance Broker responsible for coordinating with Customs to ensure on-time clearance and compliant processing. You will prepare documentation, verify accuracy, and communicate with clients to resolve missing information.

The ideal candidate brings fluency in English and German, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work under deadlines in a multinational environment. The role is based in Portugal with a hybrid work model.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (B2–C1) and German (B2–C1).
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Task oriented with good time management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
• Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Contacting clients by email to provide missing or unclear information for clearance.
• Ensure correct identification and input of shipment information into systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork for compliance and timely clearance.
• Maintain accuracy in a fast-paced goal oriented environment.
