FedEx Express Portugal seeks a skilled Clearance Broker to liaise with Customs and ensure on-time clearance and delivery. You will handle documentation, identify missing information, and input shipment data accurately, while maintaining compliance standards.

The ideal candidate brings English and German language skills, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach in a multinational setting. Hybrid work options are available.

Qualificações

• Fluent in English (B2-C1) and German (B2-C1).
• Team player with a can-do attitude.
• Customer focused with excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Task orientated with good time management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to make independent decisions based on expertise.
• Good Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing customs entry documentation based on paperwork supplied with the shipment.
• Checking if all customs documentation is completed correctly.
• Contacting clients by email to provide any missing or unclear information necessary to allow customs clearance.
• Ensure the correct identification and accurate input of shipment information into appropriate systems.
• Produce and validate customs data and paperwork to support regulatory and internal compliance standards and to ensure timely clearance.
• Ensuring accuracy within a fast-paced goal orientated environment
