Closer Hire is partnering with a leading global customer experience company to recruit English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for an international digital technology project based in Lisbon, Portugal.

You will provide support via phone, email, and chat, assist business customers with product and account inquiries, and guide users in using digital tools to ensure a world-class customer experience. This office-based role offers training and career growth.

Qualificações

• Fluent English (C1 level or above).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with empathy and problem solving.
• De-escalation of challenging situations in a professional manner.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Fast learner with good computer literacy.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist business customers with product, account, and platform inquiries.
• Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support while resolving issues efficiently.
• Guide customers in using digital tools and self-service solutions.
• Build strong customer relationships with professional, empathetic communication.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction by delivering a consistent, high-quality experience.
