FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual professionals for Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator roles. These are full-time, on-site positions with starting dates rolling throughout the coming months.

You will handle customer inquiries and moderate content across languages, with relocation support available and a pathway to join international projects. Fluency in one required language plus strong English is essential, and a valid EU passport or work permit for Portugal

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French

• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
