FH Collective - Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual professionals for on-site roles in Customer Support and Content Moderation. These full-time positions suit candidates comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborating with colleagues across languages.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Roles

Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary

€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project‑Dependent)

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements
