FH Collective - Academy is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists and Content Moderators for an on-site role in Lisbon, Portugal. This full-time position welcomes multiple start dates and offers relocation support. Fluency in one required language plus strong English are essential.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full‑time, on‑site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.
Lisbon, Portugal (On‑site)
Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator
€900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)
- German / Dutch / French
- Italian / Spanish / Turkish
- Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
- Other European languages
- Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
- Company‑provided or subsidized accommodation options
- Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding
- Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
- Availability to relocate and work on‑site in Lisbon
- Readiness to start a new role relatively quickly
