FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual Customer Support Specialists and Content Moderators for on-site, full-time roles with multiple start dates. Salary ranges from €900 to €1,500 gross/month depending on language market and project.

Eligibility includes fluency in one of the target languages plus English, with an EU passport or Portugal work permit. Relocation to Lisbon is supported and onboarding is provided.

Qualificações

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full-time, on-site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Roles: Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary: €900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages:

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project-Dependent):

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company-provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements:
