FH Collective Academy in Lisbon is seeking multilingual professionals to join our customer support and content moderation teams. These are full-time, on-site roles with multiple start dates, offering monthly gross salaries between €900 and €1,500 depending on language and project.

Candidates must be fluent in at least one of the required languages and hold a valid EU passport or Portugal work permit; relocation to Lisbon is required and onboarding is designed to be quick.

Our international clients in Lisbon are looking for multilingual candidates to join their customer service and content moderation teams. These are full-time, on-site positions with multiple start dates available throughout the upcoming months.

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site)

Roles: Customer Support Specialist / Content Moderator

Salary: €900 – €1,500 gross/month (depending on the project and language market)

Target Languages:

• German / Dutch / French
• Italian / Spanish / Turkish
• Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish)
• Other European languages

Relocation Support (Project-Dependent):

• Flight reimbursement to Lisbon
• Company-provided or subsidized accommodation options
• Assistance with local documentation, tax registration, and onboarding

Requirements:

• Fluency in one of the required languages + a reliable working level of English
• Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Portugal (mandatory)
• Availability to relocate and work on-site in Lisbon
