Inetum is seeking a SOC Analyst to support security monitoring and incident response activities. The role focuses on monitoring security events, performing initial incident analysis, and following established response procedures.

Hybrid work model with 24/7 shift rotation across Lisbon, Porto and other listed locations in Portugal. Proficiency with SIEM/SOAR and ITIL practices is expected, with certifications in CEH, ISO27001, and other cybersecurity credentials valued.

• Knowledge of SIEM and SOAR technologies used in incident response operations.
• Proven experience with SIEM platforms.
• Experience creating SIEM use cases.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Ability to follow defined operational procedures and incident response playbooks

Responsabilidades
