Luza Tecnologia is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to help organizations embrace Microsoft 365 for collaboration, productivity, and innovation. You will translate business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva.

You will partner with clients to design and implement workflows, support adoption, and guide governance and change management to ensure successful digital workplace transformations.

We’re looking for an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant who thrives on empowering organizations to embrace digital collaboration, productivity, and innovation through Microsoft 365. This role is ideal for someone who understands how to translate business needs into intuitive, scalable solutions using the Microsoft ecosystem.

You’ll work alongside clients to enhance their digital workplace experience whether that’s through smarter workflows, improved content management, or seamless communication strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to assess business processes and identify opportunities for modernization using Microsoft 365 tools
• Design and implement tailored solutions that improve collaboration, knowledge sharing, and operational efficiency
• Support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Teams, Viva, and other productivity platforms
• Guide clients through change management, governance, and best practices for digital workplace success
• Contribute to solution architecture and delivery across various Microsoft 365 services
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality and consistency across engagements

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 capabilities, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva
• Experience with workflow automation and low-code/no-code tools such as Power Platform
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into user-centric solutions
• Familiarity with modern content management and digital workspace design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with user adoption strategies and training delivery
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SPFx, or custom integrations
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-900, PL-100, or equivalent)
