Luza Tecnologia is seeking an experienced Modern Workplace Consultant to help organizations embrace Microsoft 365 for collaboration, productivity, and innovation. You will translate business needs into scalable, user-centric solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Viva.

You will partner with clients to design and implement workflows, support adoption, and guide governance and change management to ensure successful digital workplace transformations.

Qualificações

• Experience implementing Microsoft 365-based solutions at scale.
• Ability to translate business needs into user-centric, scalable workflows.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients to assess processes and identify modernization opportunities using Microsoft 365.
• Design and implement tailored solutions to improve collaboration and efficiency.
• Support rollout and adoption of Teams, Viva, and other productivity platforms.
• Guide clients through change management, governance, and best practices for digital workplace success.
• Contribute to solution architecture and delivery across Microsoft 365 services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quality across engagements.
