We Are META in Lisbon seeks a MID Scrum Master to help drive agile delivery within software development teams. You will collaborate with DevOps groups and cross-functional partners to remove impediments and foster a high-performing environment.

The role requires a strong grasp of Agile principles (Kanban, Scrum, Pair Programming), SAFe experience, and English fluency (B2+). Hybrid work is expected with three days on-site in Lisbon.

Qualificações

• 3+ years as Scrum Master in software development teams.
• Proficiency in Agile principles such as Kanban, Scrum, Pair Programming.
• Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience working with DevOps teams.
• Fluency in English (B2 or higher).
