WE ARE META is seeking a Scrum Master to support Agile teams delivering software solutions in a hybrid Porto environment. You will guide ceremonies, coach teams, and partner with stakeholders to maximize value while navigating time zones and occasional travel.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years as a Scrum Master, a Business/IT degree, and Agile certifications (CSM/PSM) are a plus. Portuguese work eligibility and a flexible on-site schedule in Porto are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; Agile certifications (CSM/PSM) are a strong plus.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a track record of leading Agile teams in software development, ideally in payments/fintech.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience working in international environments and managing virtual teams across time zones; willing to travel as needed.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to keep the team's success at the center of decisions.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2) and readiness for hybrid work in Porto (2 days on-site).

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, with a certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) considered a strong plus.
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a proven track record of managing Agile teams in the software development field, preferably within the payments or financial services industry, backed by a strong grasp of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices in complex environments.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring abilities, paired with strong communication and interpersonal skills that let you build relationships and influence and motivate stakeholders at every level.
• Experience working in an international environment, with the ability to manage virtual teams across different time zones and travel abroad for short periods when required.
• A problem-solving mindset, able to navigate complex challenges while keeping the team's success front and center.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello) is a plus.
• Fluency in English (B2).
• Availability for hybrid work based in Porto, with 2 days per week on-site (flexible) (candidates should be based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit).
