A vaga é híbrida, com presença semanal no escritório de Aveiro. Requisitos incluem inglês fluente (>= B2) e formação relacionada a RH/marketing/negócios. Experiência é valorizada, mas não obrigatória.

Responsabilidades

• Redigir e publicar descrições de vagas técnicas.
• Pesquisar, filtrar e compilar shortlists de candidatos para funções técnicas.
• Conduzir entrevistas (inclui inglês).
• Construir e manter CRM de candidatos, com pipeline atualizado.
• Acompanhar tendências tecnológicas para conversas estratégicas com candidatos.

Daily Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels;
• Source, screen, and build shortlists of qualified candidates for various technical roles;
• Conduct interviews (parts of which may be held in English);
• Build and maintain a candidate CRM, ensuring a solid pipeline with up-to-date data;
• Keep up with new technology trends to have more strategic conversations with candidates.

What we're Looking For

• Eagerness to learn and grow in tech recruitment. Prior experience is a plus, but not required;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills;
• Organized and tenacious, with the ability to build a solid network;
• English proficiency above B2 (required). A large part of the role involves interviewing and communicating with candidates in English, so you'll need to feel confident using the language daily.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business, Applied Languages, or a related field;
• Previous recruitment experience (not required);
• Genuine interest in technology and the recruitment industry.

Work Model

Hybrid, based in Aveiro. Once the onboarding/training period is complete, you'll come to the office once a week.
