InnoTech is seeking a Microsoft Systems Administrator to ensure the availability, stability, and security of its Microsoft infrastructure. You will administer Windows Server environments and manage core services like AD, DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and Remote Desktop Services.

Responsibilities include SCCM operations for deployment, updates, and monitoring, plus troubleshooting complex incidents and upholding security/compliance policies.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of professional Windows Server systems administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and RDS.
• Willingness to join rotating on-call schedule (1–2 weeks/month).

Your Mission Will Be

• Ensure the availability, stability, and security of the organization's Microsoft infrastructure;
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring their performance and reliability;
• Manage Active Directory services, as well as core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, file sharing, and Remote Desktop Services;
• Support SCCM operations, including software deployment, patch management, and infrastructure monitoring;
• Troubleshoot complex technical incidents and contribute to the implementation of security and compliance policies.

You Will Need

• At least 3 years of professional experience in systems administration, with solid hands‑on knowledge of Windows Server;
• Practical experience with Active Directory Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, File Sharing, and Remote Desktop Services;
• Experience administering and supporting SCCM, particularly in software distribution, updates, and monitoring;
• Availability to participate in a rotating on‑call/prevention schedule of approximately 1 to 2 weeks per month;
• CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.

Would Be Awesome If You Have

• Experience with Active Directory Certificate Services;
• Knowledge of Active Directory Federation Services;
• Experience working with Microsoft infrastructure in enterprise environments;
• BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
