Prime Nearshore is recruiting an ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer to join a major international project with Azqore. You will provide functional and technical L1–L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring platform stability and high service quality.

After onboarding, you will extend support to Triskell, including basic configuration and user assistance, while collaborating with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of ERP or business application support experience.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience in functional and technical application support.
• Strong incident, problem, change, and request management.
• Able to perform root cause analysis and collaborate with vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

About the Project

• We are looking for an ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer to join a major international project at Azqore, a technology and operational services company specializing in the banking sector.
• The role focuses on the functional and technical support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, ensuring platform stability, service quality, and an effective response to business needs.
• After the onboarding period, you will also provide support for Triskell, including basic configuration and user assistance.
• Provide functional and technical L1, L2, and L3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O
• Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve complex application incidents
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Manage requests, problems, and application-related changes
• Escalate complex issues to vendors and follow them through to resolution
• Support application maintenance, patches, updates, and releases
• Monitor platform performance, stability, and service quality
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external providers
• Maintain technical procedures, knowledge bases, and support documentation
• Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve service delivery
• Support the Triskell platform following the onboarding period
• Perform basic Triskell configuration and provide user support
• Between three and five years of experience in ERP or business application support
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
• Experience providing functional and technical application support
• Solid knowledge of incident, problem, change, and request management
• Experience troubleshooting complex ERP-related issues
• Ability to perform root cause analysis
• Experience managing patches, updates, releases, and application maintenance
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users, technical teams, and vendors
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously in an international environment
• Good level of English

• Experience with Triskell
• Knowledge of ERP integrations and data flows
• Experience with Microsoft technologies or the wider Dynamics 365 ecosystem
• Knowledge of SQL
