Inetum in Lisbon is seeking an ERP & Business Applications Support Engineer to maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Triskell, ensuring stability and incident resolution. You will support and administer ERP systems and related business apps, with emphasis on process optimization and documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in ERP support, strong analytical skills, and experience with API integrations. French is a plus. The role offers a dynamic environment in a European services leader.

Qualificações

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or administering ERP solutions, preferably Dynamics 365 F&O.
• Experience providing Level 1–3 application support for business critical apps.
• Experience with API/interface implementation and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Good understanding of business processes and application support.
• Excellent communication with business stakeholders; English proficiency; French is a plus.

Job Description

Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and related business applications, ensuring application stability, service continuity, and effective resolution of incidents. Following training and knowledge transfer, contribute to the support and administration of the Triskell platform.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Diagnose, investigate and resolve application incidents.
• Perform functional and technical analysis of issues.
• Escalate incidents to vendors or partners when appropriate.
• Maintain application configurations and support system updates.
• Contribute to patch management activities.
• Perform root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve documentation and operational procedures.
• Support business process optimization.
• Following training, provide support and basic administration for Triskell.

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience supporting or administering ERP solutions, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting business-critical applications.
• Experience providing Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 application support.
• Experience with API/interface implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of business processes and application support.
• Operational rigor, autonomy and accountability.
• Effective communication with business stakeholders.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• French considered an advantage.
