Costaterra seeks an experienced Senior MEP Engineer/MEP Lead to join its Development & Construction team in Portugal. You will act as the developer's representative for all MEP matters, review designs, and coordinate interfaces with architecture, structures, and infrastructure.

You will support procurement, monitor progress, and approve submittals and handover activities. The role requires 8–12 years in complex building projects and fluency in Portuguese and English, with exposure to hospitality

Formación

• 8–12 years of experience in design and delivery of complex building projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, BMS, and utilities.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and specialist suppliers.
• Knowledge of design coordination, construction supervision, commissioning, and project delivery.
• Experience in hospitality, luxury residential, mixed-use, healthcare, or commercial developments desirable.
• Experience working in a developer, PMC, consultancy, or contractor environment advantageous.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.

• Prepare reports on progress, risks, technical issues, and key project decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, or related Engineering discipline. 8–12 years of relevant experience in design and delivery of complex building projects. Knowledge of design coordination, construction supervision, commissioning, and project delivery processes.
