Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club is seeking a Residential Service Coordinator to oversee residential experiences for private members, ensuring luxurious service delivery and a welcoming environment across amenities, dining, spa, housekeeping, and maintenance.

You will work with maintenance, marketing, and operations to ensure impeccable service, effective vendor management, budget oversight, and health and safety compliance to enhance resident life at the club.

Qualificações

• Experience in enhancing resident experiences in luxury communities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple services to deliver high-end guest experiences.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Interact with residents to understand needs and preferences.
• Coordinate amenities and services for residents (spa, fitness, dining, housekeeping, maintenance).
• Organize and coordinate events and activities for residents.
• Collaborate with maintenance and housekeeping to keep properties pristine.
• Keep residents informed about events and updates via channels.
• Address resident concerns promptly to enhance living experience.
• Coordinate with external vendors for catering, landscaping, security, etc.
• Assist in budgeting and financial reporting for residential services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and safety.

What are we looking for?

Residential Service Coordinator Responsible for overseeing various aspects of the residential experience and services offered to our private members. You must be used to the top-class service delivery and able to create a welcoming and luxurious environment by managing a wide range of services and activities that enhance our club member´s lifestyle and contribute to the overall community experience.

What you will do?

• Resident Engagement: Interacting with residents to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns. Building strong relationships with residents to ensure their satisfaction and comfort within the community.
• Amenities and Services: Managing and coordinating a range of amenities and services available to residents, such as spa services, fitness facilities, dining options, housekeeping, maintenance, and more
• Event Planning: Organizing and coordinating events and activities for residents at their properties
• Property Management: Collaborating with maintenance and housekeeping staff to ensure that the property is well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing at all times
• Communication: Keeping residents informed about upcoming events, property updates, and any relevant news through various communication channels
• Issue Resolution: Addressing any concerns or issues raised by residents promptly and effectively, working to find solutions that enhance their living experience
• Vendor Management: Coordinating with external vendors and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services such as catering, landscaping, security, and more
• Budget Management: Assisting in the management of the residential services budget, including cost control, expense tracking, and financial reporting
• Collaboration: Working closely with other departments within the property, such as property management, marketing, and operations, to ensure a cohesive and exceptional resident experience
• Quality Control: Maintaining high standards of service quality and continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate residential services offered
• Health and Safety: Ensuring that all residential services and amenities comply with health, safety, and regulatory standards
