Cross Border Talents is seeking a Customer Specialist for a Medical Devices Project in Porto. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring accurate information and a positive customer experience.

The role requires Dutch and English proficiency, at least 1 year in customer support, and a proactive mindset. The position offers a hybrid work model and relocation assistance to support your move.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support.
• Strong analytical, creative and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly customer assistance via phone, email, chat, and other channels.
• Assist customers with questions about medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, and accounts.
• Follow company policies and guidelines to provide accurate information.
• Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions quickly.
• Handle concerns and escalate complex cases to relevant teams as needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues effectively.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and customer satisfaction.
