Job summary

Quadrante is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager in Lisbon to lead multidisciplinary engineering design projects across data centers, logistics centers, and industrial sectors.

You will coordinate Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Architecture, Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic disciplines to ensure timely, high‑quality delivery that meets client requirements and contractual commitments.

Qualifications

• Pre‑Bologna Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering design project management.
• Proven track record in multidisciplinary design coordination, scheduling and cost control.
• Experience in industrial projects valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage multidisciplinary engineering design projects from handover through to final delivery.
• Coordinate multiple engineering disciplines (Civil, Structural, Geotechnical, Architecture, Process, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic).
• Ensure deliverables meet client requirements, scope, quality, and contractual commitments.
• Manage schedules, budgets, costs, invoicing and resources.
• Oversee external subcontractors and act as main client interface.
• Identify project risks and dependencies throughout lifecycle.
• Support new business opportunities from ongoing projects and client relationships.
