Quadrante in Lisbon is seeking a Civil Project Manager - Industry to lead complex building projects, coordinating multiple disciplines and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, at least 5 years in PM, advanced English, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project. This is a permanent on-site role.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record in team leadership, scheduling and cost control.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

We are currently looking for a Civil Project Manager - Industry to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex and high-impact building projects.

• Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)
• Fluency in additional languages (preferred)

• Proven track record in project management, including team leadership, scheduling, and cost control (mandatory)
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
