Job summary

Entain is seeking a Marketing Administration Executive to support the Southwestern Europe Marketing Team in a hybrid role with two in-office days per week. You will manage marketing operations across France, Spain and Portugal, reporting to the Head of Southwestern Europe, and serve as the backbone of the regional marketing function.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience supporting a marketing, commercial, finance or procurement team.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and records.
• Confident communicator with stakeholders.
• Comfortable following processes, managing approvals and escalating issues.
• Adaptable and proactive; willing to suggest improvements and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage marketing contracts, purchase orders and supplier onboarding, ensuring approvals and keep records up to date.
• Process and track invoices, working with suppliers, Finance and other teams to resolve queries and support timely payments.
• Maintain budget trackers, reconciliations and spend reporting, providing visibility of marketing budgets and commitments.
• Coordinate compliance requirements across France, Spain and Portugal, collecting and submitting information accurately and on time.
• Provide operational support to the regional marketing team, managing documentation, processes, stakeholder communication and day-to-day marketing operations.
