Portugal Active is seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to own the brand and growth engine, bridging brand and bookings. You will lead strategy, content, campaigns, and CRM efforts to drive visibility, conversion and a consistent customer journey.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in marketing, strong digital expertise, fluent Portuguese and English, and a fast, autonomous, results-driven mindset. Hybrid role with Viana do Castelo office and remote work options.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in marketing, ideally in hospitality, real estate, experiences, travel agencies or tourism e-commerce (mandatory)
• Proven expertise in social media, campaign management and digital marketing (mandatory)
• Working knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms (mandatory)
• Fluent in Portuguese & English (mandatory)
• Able to translate marketing into bookings and revenue (mandatory)
• Fast, autonomous, precise, low ego and hands-on profile (mandatory)

Responsabilidades

• Own social media, content creation and brand consistency across channels
• Run campaigns end to end, from concept to performance analysis
• Manage CRM and marketing automation to support the sales pipeline
• Track KPIs and report performance to leadership with data-driven insight
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform positioning
• Coordinate photography, events and partnerships that elevate the brand
• Support sales with collateral, presentations and lead generation

About The Role

The Marketing Manager owns Portugal Active's brand and growth engine end to end, a true 360o profile.

From brand positioning and content to campaigns and demand generation.

This is not a supervisory role, it is an operator and builder role.

You sit between the brand and the bookings, and the real value of this position is visibility, conversion and a consistent experience across the entire customer journey.

What You Will Do
