Portugal Active procura um Finance Manager para conduzir a função financeira de ponta a ponta, entre operações e dinheiro, assegurando solvência e disciplina financeira.

Este papel exige experiência 360º, fluência em PT e EN, e domínio de Excel avançado e software de contabilidade. O regime é híbrido, com base na gestão financeira de um portfólio de propriedades premium.

Qualificações

• 5+ anos em um papel financeiro 360º, dominando o ciclo completo.
• Fluência em Português e Inglês; conhecimento de automação.
• Excel avançado e software de contabilidade (Sage, Primavera ou similar).
• Perfil rápido, autónomo, preciso, com baixo ego e hands-on.
• Capacidade de traduzir finanças em decisões.
• Veracidade de trabalhar em equipa.

Responsabilidades

• Gerir finanças diárias: tesouraria, recebíveis, pagamentos, liquidez.
• Antecipar solvência e risco de fluxo de caixa; propor soluções.
• Ser ponte entre a empresa e o gabinete de contabilidade externo.
• Conduzir o ciclo contábil completo end-to-end.
• Entregar relatórios mensais: P&L, balanço, margens, KPI's, análise de variações.
• Processar pagamentos de salários e apoiar integração de novos colaboradores.
• Controlar custos em todos os departamentos.
• Negociar fornecedores e contratos.
• Construir apresentações e cenários para orientar decisões da liderança.
• Own budget, forecast e planejamento financeiro.

About the role:

The Finance Manager takes over Portugal Active's financial engine end to end, a true 360º profile. From treasury and accounting to reporting and control. This is not a supervisory role, it is an operator and builder role. You sit between the operation and the money, protect solvency and enforce financial discipline. The real value of this position is anticipation, control and producing strong data.

What you will do:

• Manage daily finance: cash, treasury, receivables, payments, liquidity
• Anticipate solvency and cash flow risk. Bring a plan, not a problem
• Be the bridge between the company and the outsourced accounting firm
• Run the full accounting cycle end to end
• Deliver monthly reporting: P&L, balance sheet, margins, KPIs, variance analysis
• Process salary payments and support onboarding of new employees
• Control costs across all departments
• Negotiate suppliers and contracts
• Build presentations and scenarios that help leadership decide
• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial planning

Must have:

• 5+ years in a genuine 360º finance role, mastering the full cycle
• Fluent Portuguese and English, some knowledge of automation
• Advanced Excel and accounting software (Sage, Primavera or similar)
• Fast, autonomous, precise, low ego and hands-on profile
• Able to translate finance into decisions
• A real team player
