Dealstone Strategic Partners in Porto is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. You will manage the digital presence of Dealstone and client brands, produce creative content, and coordinate with partner agencies.

The role supports lead generation, maintain publishing calendars, and create content across social, websites, newsletters, and emails. Collaborate with sales to ensure brand consistency and contribute to creative initiatives.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of marketing experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms.

Responsabilidades

Dealstone Strategic Partners is a real estate commercial performance company operating between property developers and investors/buyers, offering Marketing services and Sales.

About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. This person will be responsible for managing the digital presence of Dealstone and our clients' brands, producing creative content, and ensuring smooth communication with the marketing agencies we partner with.

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of marketing lead generation and marketing support. They will be comfortable maintaining various marketing campaigns and have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media accounts for Dealstone and our clients (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others)
• Produce original content: stories, reels, posts, and other formats, including live capture at events and project site visits
• Plan and maintain publishing calendars aligned with ongoing campaigns
• Act as the point of contact and coordination with external marketing agencies, ensuring alignment on messaging, deadlines, and materials
• Track performance metrics and suggest adjustments to content and strategy
• Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, emails, and social media campaigns
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives
• Identify and propose internal/external ideas and initiatives to help promote general awareness of the company brand
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure brand consistency across all published materials
• Support basic visual content creation (photo/video editing, captions, copy)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years' experience in marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of all social networking platforms
• Organized, with the ability to manage several projects/clients simultaneously
• Proactive, with an aesthetic sense aligned with premium brands
• Nice to have: familiarity with editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Nice to have: interest in or experience with the real estate sector
