Portugal Active is seeking a Marketing Manager to own the brand and growth engine end to end. You will drive brand positioning, content, campaigns and demand generation, sitting between brand and bookings to ensure visibility, conversion and a consistent customer journey.

• 5+ years in marketing, ideally in hospitality, real estate, experiences or tourism e-commerce.
• Proven expertise in social media, campaigns and digital marketing.
• Working knowledge of CRM and analytics platforms.
• Able to translate marketing into bookings and revenue.
• Fast, autonomous, precise, low ego and hands-on profile.
• International experience and hospitality/real estate background.

About the role

The Marketing Manager owns Portugal Active's brand and growth engine end to end, a true 360º profile. From brand positioning and content to campaigns and demand generation. This is not a supervisory role, it is an operator and builder role. You sit between the brand and the bookings, and the real value of this position is visibility, conversion and a consistent experience across the entire customer journey.

What you will do
