Nimber in Lisbon is seeking a Marketing & Communication Swiss Army Knife to own a little bit of everything—from turning tech ideas into engaging presentations to crafting social posts, newsletters, and media assets. You’ll jump between campaigns, content creation, and design tweaks using tools like Figma and PowerPoint.

We're looking for someone who can do a bit of everything. And then learn how to do a few more things.

At Nimber, no two days are exactly the same.

One day, you might be turning a complex tech idea into a great presentation.

The next, you're creating a LinkedIn post, putting together a newsletter, tweaking a design in Figma, editing a video or figuring out why that one PowerPoint slide suddenly looks completely wrong.

And then someone from HR, Sourcing or Management will probably come to you with a new idea.

That's the job.

Well not exactly. But you get the point.

We're looking for a Marketing & Communication Swiss Army Knife to join our team and help us communicate who we are, what we do and, most importantly, why it matters.

What are we looking for?

Not someone who already knows everything.

Quite the opposite.

We're looking for someone curious, creative, hands-on and hungry to learn.

Someone who enjoys jumping between different challenges and doesn't need a perfectly defined box to work inside it.

You might have a background in Marketing, Communication, Design, Digital Media or something completely different.

What matters most is that you:

• Have a good eye for design and attention to detail;
• Enjoy writing and know that good communication is more than just putting words together;
• Feel comfortable working with tools such as Figma and PowerPoint;
• Are interested in social media, content, email marketing, photography and video;
• Can turn an idea into something people actually want to look at;
• Are organised, but don't mind when the plan changes five minutes later;
• Take initiative and are not afraid to say I think we can do this better;
• Enjoy working with different teams and different types of people;
• Are curious about technology, business and the consulting world;
• And have the mindset of I don't know how to do that yet.

You don't need to be an expert in everything.

You just need to be willing to become really good at a lot of things.

What will you be part of?

You'll join our Marketing & Communication team and work closely with several areas of the business - from HR and Sourcing to Business and Management.

There will be corporate communication.

There will be internal communication.

There will be social media.

There will be presentations.

There will be campaigns.

There will be content.

There will be photos and videos.

And there will almost certainly be things we haven't thought of yet.

That's part of the fun.

We want someone who is happy to get involved, experiment, learn and make things happen rather than simply wait for a brief to arrive.
