Job summary

Nimber, a Lisbon-based boutique tech consultancy, is building a brand new AI-powered outsourcing division and seeking a bold leader to build it from the ground up. You will design the strategy, processes, and service portfolio, lead engagements with top-tier clients, and recruit and mentor a team of AI specialists.

Ideal candidates have proven IT consulting or managed services experience, hands-on AI knowledge, strong leadership and business development skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to

Nimber is a boutique tech consultancy based in Lisbon, delivering solutions for critical and regulated environments. Now, were creating a brand new AI-powered outsourcing division and were looking for someone bold enough to build it from the ground up.

What you'll do

Lead and shape our AI-driven service offering

• Design the strategy, processes, and service portfolio for this new business line
• Work directly with top-tier clients (including banking, payments, and tech) to deliver high-impact AI use cases

Recruit and mentor a team of tech consultants and AI specialists

Be the face of Nimbers AI transformation in the market

What were looking for

Proven experience in IT consulting, or managed services

• Hands-on knowledge of AI solutions (automation, copilots, LLMs, RPA, ML models)
