The ideal candidate will have proven experience in operational roles, along with hands-on experience in Linux environments, scripting with Bash and Python, and managing external vendors. Effective communication in English is essential as the candidate will work in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in an Operations or Technical Analyst role in telecommunications or M2M/IoT.
• Hands-on experience with Linux (RedHat) in production.
• Experience with Bash and Python scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure operational stability of M2M platform in a telecommunications setting.
• Monitor and support interconnected systems, identifying risks.
• Lead operational and incident reviews with vendors.
