Job summary

Coach is seeking a Temporary Sales Associate in Lisbon, Portugal, to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience and meet sales goals. The role blends fashion expertise with omni-channel selling and team collaboration to drive brand loyalty.

The position requires at least 1 year of luxury retail experience, POS proficiency, and strong English. Flexible schedule with weekends and peak season availability is expected; EU candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

1+ years of luxury retail sales experience or equivalent.
Experience operating POS systems and basic computer tools (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
Strong English proficiency and comfort with social media or live-streaming formats.

Responsibilities

Represent Coach as a brand ambassador and adhere to style standards.
Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and fashion advice.
Drive sales through cross-selling and upselling with tailored recommendations.
Utilize mobile POS and clienteling tools to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
Develop and execute personal sales plans to meet or exceed KPIs.
Source new customers, maintain relationships and follow up to close sales.
Support daily store operations including replenishment and merchandising.
