Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon is seeking a Pastry Cook to join our culinary team in Lisbon. You will prepare pastry items according to guest orders, maintain mise en place, and ensure high-quality presentation across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

The role requires experience in kitchen operations, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen/culinary operations.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pastry items according to guest orders following recipes and standards.
• Complete mise en place and set-up station for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.
• Operate, maintain and clean kitchen equipment as required.
• Date, rotate and store perishables properly.
• Assist in controlling food cost and reducing waste.
