ME Lisbon, a luxury hotel in the heart of Lisbon, is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations, lead the housekeeping team, and ensure luxury standards are met for all guest areas. The role focuses on team development, resource planning, and cost control to deliver outstanding service.

You will coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, F&B, and Guest Relations to optimize daily operations, maintain high cleanliness standards, and uphold brand expectations across the property.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience with at least 2 years in leadership in luxury hospitality.
• Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred).
• Strong leadership and people management, organizational and planning skills.
• Experience in budgeting, cost control, inventory management, and operational reporting.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; other languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and supervise daily housekeeping operations meeting quality standards.
• Lead and develop the Housekeeping team and promote excellence.
• Plan staffing, schedules, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, and stock control of linens and supplies.
• Monitor budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, F&B, and Guest Relations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare reports and KPIs for management review.
