Four Seasons Lisbon is seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join our team. You will sell the hotel and provide information to prospective guests via phone, email, chat or other tools, ensuring guest satisfaction.

You will also handle wake up calls, guide internal processes, and support the front desk with reservations. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English with strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes calmly.
• Experience in hospitality or reservations is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Answer hotel general calls and routing to proper extensions.
• Handle reservations via phone, email, chat, or hotel tools.
• Capture sales and coordinate details for each booking.
• Provide Wake Up call services and maintain guest information.
• Assist sales with rooming lists and introduction letters.
