AlphaConnect in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Manager to drive hotel revenue across online platforms, travel agencies and corporate partnerships. You will develop and implement sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and cultivate strong client relationships to grow market share.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in hospitality management, at least 3 years in luxury hotel sales, and a proven track record of meeting targets.

• Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, reservations and operations to create attractive packages/offers.
• Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and budgets.
• Attend industry events and conferences to promote the hotel.

Our luxury hotel in Lisbon is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for the hotel through various channels including online platforms, travel agencies, and corporate partnerships. Your main duties will include developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales preferably in a luxury setting
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month with free visa and ticket.
