Qualificações

• Must have 5+ years of experience in real estate, preferably in the luxury sector.
• Proven ability to close deals and build client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage a book of business in luxury real estate.
• Represent buyers and sellers in the Algarve.
• Conduct viewings, valuations, negotiations, and closings.

Conhecimentos

5+ years in real estate with proven luxury market experience

Ability to work independently and manage own pipeline

Experience with international buyers and UHNW/HNWI clients

Fluency in English

Valid AMI registration or eligibility to obtain one
