Costaterra Golf & Ocean Club in Comporta, Portugal, invites applications for a Member Services Junior Coordinator. You will be one of the first contacts for members and guests, greeting them warmly, handling reservations, and delivering personalized service in a luxury setting.

You will manage profiles and itineraries, respond to requests, assist with check-ins/outs, and keep the club app and calendars up to date. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required; hospitality or communications-related degree preferred.
• Warm, outgoing, articulate communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, friendly, patient and comfortable with luxury guests.
• Strong computer skills and willingness to learn new systems (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Email).
• Professional attitude with attention to detail and ability to stay calm during busy periods.
• Ability to stand, walk and move for long periods, indoors and outdoors.
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Greet members and guests warmly and by name on arrival and departure.
• Keep reception area clean, organized, and ready to receive members.
• Create/update member profiles, itineraries, reservations and activities.
• Manage the Member Services inbox and respond promptly.
• Support check-ins/check-outs for on-property accommodation and amenities.
• Maintain club app, weekly activities and member materials.
• Assist with member events, invitations and calendars.
• Maintain lists of trusted local vendors and services.
• Answer club phone calls and coordinate requests.
• Prepare daily and evening operational reports.
• Support Sales with guest visits and property orientation tours.
• Handle other Member Services tasks as needed.
