Meliá Hotels International in Lisbon seeks a seasoned Housekeeping Manager to lead daily operations, supervise the team, and uphold the highest cleanliness and guest-satisfaction standards.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in housekeeping, at least 2 in a leadership role in luxury hospitality, fluency in Portuguese and English, and a degree in Hospitality. Strong budgeting, planning, and people-management skills are required.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role.
• Degree in Tourism, Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong budgeting, planning and people management skills.
• Experience in luxury hospitality is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all housekeeping operations and daily activities.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the Housekeeping team to ensure service excellence.
• Plan staffing levels, schedules, and resource allocation; manage inventory and stock control.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Maintenance, F&B and Guest Relations to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
