GlowUp Kuwait is seeking a highly professional Concierge for a luxury hotel in Porto, Portugal. You will greet guests, assist with check-in, and tailor recommendations for dining, activities, and events.

Responsibilities include coordinating transportation and handling guest inquiries while maintaining an impeccable lobby. A flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required to deliver exceptional service in a global brand environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel or high-end establishment preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Porto's attractions, restaurants and activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with check-in.
• Provide local restaurant, activity and event recommendations and reservations.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of local attractions and maps to help with directions.
• Coordinate special requests such as room deliveries or celebrations.
• Ensure lobby is clean, presentable and well-stocked.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service.
