Work standard is seeking a Concierge for a luxury hotel in Porto. You will welcome guests, anticipate needs, provide personalized recommendations, and coordinate reservations and transportation.

You will collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service, maintain high cleanliness and safety standards, and log guest interactions. English fluency is essential; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year concierge experience in luxury hotel setting.
• Excellent English communication; Portuguese knowledge a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Porto attractions, events and services.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized recommendations and information.
• Make reservations for restaurants, shows, and activities; arrange transportation.
• Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently; log interactions in the system.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain neat, organized lobby area and uphold high cleanliness and safety standards.
• Uphold highest standards of hygiene and guest care in all interactions.
• Assist guests with any special requests and problem-solve as needed.
