Responsibilities include greeting guests, guiding check-in, providing local information, arranging reservations, and coordinating transportation. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role within the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
• Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process.
• Provide information about the resort's amenities and local attractions.
• Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, and other activities.
• Arrange transportation for guests as needed.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
• Maintain an organized concierge desk area and lobby display of brochures and information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service throughout the resort
