Martinhal Luxury Resorts in Lisbon is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the Front Office, Concierge and Porter teams, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient departmental administration.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in a Front Office management role in a 4- or 5-star hotel, fluent in Portuguese and English, strong leadership, PMS and Excel skills, and availability to work weekends.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years as Front Office Manager or Assistant in a 4-5 star hotel.
• Strong guest focus and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to balance operational duties with administrative tasks.
• Knowledge of hotel PMS systems and Excel.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; French or Spanish is a plus.
• Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related field.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Experience in serviced apartments or extended-stay properties is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, develop and supervise the Front Office team.
• Ensure the quality of the check-in, check-out and overall guest experience.
• Manage guest complaints and service recovery situations.
• Coordinate daily with Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B and Reservations.
• Oversee billing, city tax, deposits, night audit and cash closing procedures.
• Monitor operational, financial and guest satisfaction performance indicators.
• Manage departmental schedules, costs and overtime.
• Recruit, train and evaluate team members.
