Silversea is seeking an experienced Front Desk/Guest Services professional to deliver exceptional service on board a luxury cruise experience. The role requires a calm, professional demeanor, superb organizational skills, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.

Fluent English is essential, with advanced skills in other languages highly desirable. A strong administrative background and basic accounting knowledge will support day-to-day operations and guest

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in guest-facing/front desk at a luxury establishment.
• Basic accounting knowledge and strong administrative skills.
• Excellent English; additional languages desirable.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional guest services at the reception desk.
• Coordinate guests' needs to ensure highest possible service.
• Respond to guest requests, inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain communication with the Guest Relations Manager and other departments.
• Assist guests with financial transactions and balance cash with the Financial Officer.
