Job summary

Martinhal Resorts in Lisbon is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Manager (M/F) to coordinate housekeeping operations across rooms and public areas, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service at our Lisbon property.

The ideal candidate has 2 to 5 years in a similar role, strong leadership and English skills, stellar organizational abilities, and a passion for hospitality. The position offers meals in staff canteen and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role.
• Good command of English.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the room attendants, public areas teams and their respective supervisors.
• Support the day-to-day management of Housekeeping and Laundry operations.
• Ensure compliance with established quality, service and hygiene standards.
• Guide and support the teams, promoting efficient work organisation.
• Assist in managing daily operations and resolving day-to-day Housekeeping issues.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination with other hotel departments.
