Le Collectionist in Lisbon is seeking a Resort Manager to lead operations across Portugal (Lisbon, Comporta, Algarve, Douro). You will act as the brand's representative, manage high‑net‑worth villa owners, and optimize portfolio performance with precise CRM and admin rigor.

The role combines 80% owner account management with strategic, high‑level diplomacy and 20% on‑site operations, guest experience, and field problem‑solving. Based in Lisbon, with up to 2 remote days weekly.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, operations management, or high‑end concierge.
• Leadership & on‑ground operations experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead destination operations and annual roadmap aligned with Paris HQ.
• Manage villa portfolio and owner accounts with CRM rigor.
• Oversee seasonal setup, on‑site operations, and financial tracking.
• Maintain high luxury standards and ensure data accuracy across systems.
