Job summary

Le Collectionist is seeking a Resort Manager based in Lisbon to oversee the local destination operations, financial performance, and long-term development across Portugal (Lisbon, Comporta, Algarve, Douro). The role focuses 80% on Owner Account Management and CRM, with 20% on on-site operations and agile problem solving, reporting to Paris and based in a strict annual roadmap.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury hospitality or high-end property management.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in operations and budget control.

Responsibilities

• Strategic annual roadmap aligned with Paris Head Office.
• Manage budget and ensure adherence to head office budgets.
• Lead owner diplomacy and manage high-net-worth villa owners.
• Oversee villa portfolio movements and ensure ultra-luxury standards.
• Optimize portfolio performance through pricing, exclusivity and content updates.
• Maintain meticulous CRM data and administrative rigor.
• Oversee pre-season readiness and season setup (May-Oct).
• Lead and recruit Local Representatives across Portugal.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and handle escalations with Guest Relations.
• Coordinate with Concierge team and hold regular Operations Committee meetings.
• Conduct field visits across Lisbon, Comporta, Algarve, Douro, Porto.
