Job summary

SafeHarbor Logistics is seeking a Hotel Sales Manager in Lisbon to drive revenue by building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies and industry partners.

You will develop sales strategies, identify opportunities, conduct site visits, prepare proposals and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless events. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus. A Portugal work permit is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network within the hospitality industry preferred.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
• Valid work permit for Portugal (visa sponsorship not provided).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies and other industry partners.
• Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel's services.
• Conduct site visits for potential clients to showcase the hotel's facilities.
• Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution for clients.
• Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas of improvement.
