Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking a Marketing Intern to join our international marketing team in Lisbon. You will work on market-specific channels, performance and product marketing projects, and help shape our brand across Europe.

Ideal candidates are current university students in Business or Marketing, fluent in English, with internship or work experience in marketing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with guidance from peers.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Business, Marketing, or a related program at university.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch) are a plus.
• Previous working experience in Marketing or related fields (market research, campaigns, data analysis).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to take on responsibility and manage multiple projects with good stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• As a Marketing Intern at Emma, you’ll be part of our fast-growing international Marketing team, working on projects that help us establish Emma as the world’s leading sleep brand.
• Contribute in areas such as Market-Specific Marketing, Performance Marketing, Product Marketing, Brand Marketing, and Influencer Marketing.
• Support teams with market adaptation, campaign setup, testing, analysis, and reporting to drive growth and insights.
