Job summary

ITDS in Lisbon offers a hybrid, enterprise-scale role as a Senior LMS Integration and AI Delivery Lead for a global life sciences client. You will drive the technical, integration, and AI workstreams for the LMS Replacement Programme, shaping the future of compliant learning technology.

Responsibilities include leading delivery plans, coordinating architects and engineers, ensuring traceability and QA for GxP systems, and working with partners to achieve end-to-end interface delivery and smooth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading complex enterprise technical delivery, specifically in LMS or comparable SaaS platforms.
• Proven expertise in APIs, middleware, interface design, and cloud/SaaS integrations.
• Extensive experience delivering technical components within validated GxP environments, including traceability, testing evidence, and inspection readiness.
• Strong leadership skills in coordinating solution architects, engineers, third-party vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and operational stability.
• AI fluency with practical experience applying automation and AI tools to technical engineering processes.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience managing detailed workstream plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and execute detailed technical, integrations, and AI workstream plans aligned with the overall delivery strategy.
• Lead day-to-day delivery, coordinating technical resources and suppliers to ensure successful implementation.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, providing timely updates and escalations to the IT Delivery Lead.
• Oversee technical design, interface specifications, and engineering deliverables, ensuring quality and adherence to architecture standards.
• Embed validation and quality assurance into all phases of technical delivery, ensuring inspection-ready evidence for GxP-regulated systems.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and third-party partners to ensure end-to-end interface delivery, defect resolution, and operational readiness.
• Drive opportunities for automation and AI-assisted engineering to enhance productivity and quality.
• Support technical cutover, hypercare, and transition activities to ensure seamless go-live and ongoing success of the LMS platform.
