Job summary

TechNET is seeking a Technical Workstream Delivery Lead for an enterprise LMS transformation in Lisbon, Portugal. Hybrid work arrangement supports complex, regulated environments and cross‑functional delivery teams.

The role focuses on technical lead across APIs, middleware and cloud platforms, ensuring validated, compliant solutions. Experience with Cornerstone LMS or similar is preferred, with strong governance and AI‑enabled delivery capabilities.

• Experience delivering within validated GxP environments.
• Proven ability to lead technical delivery across integrations.
• Experience with enterprise LMS implementations.
• Experience coordinating technical teams and partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical and integration workstream delivery, managing milestones, dependencies, resources and technical deliverables.
• Oversee enterprise integrations, APIs, middleware, interface specifications and engineering activities.
• Coordinate solution architects, technical teams, integration developers and third‑party implementation partners.
• Ensure technical deliverables meet GxP validation, traceability, quality and compliance requirements.
• Manage technical testing, defect resolution, validation evidence and cutover preparation.
• Ensure technical solutions align with enterprise architecture, security and operational standards.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and accelerators to improve delivery efficiency.
• Proven experience leading technical or integration workstreams within complex enterprise transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of validation documentation, traceability, testing and inspection readiness.
• Experience managing delivery plans, risks, dependencies and supplier commitments.
• Knowledge of security, performance, monitoring and non‑functional requirements.
• Practical experience using AI‑enabled tools to improve delivery.
• LMS implementation experience across Cornerstone or comparable systems.
• Integrations across HR, identity, learning and reporting platforms.
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences experience.
